Is Usopp the best Santa Claus?

Well this is one of my project picture The project is called ,,Who´s the best Santa Claus!?" Well here is our candidate Usopp. What do you think, would Usopp be a best Santa Claus?
Well I think no, because he would always do some tricks and jokes to other people or lie something. Chopper is thinking that in the present are candies, but he is mistaking, because Usopp had put something else in the present.
